The Toro Power Shovel Review - Pure Snowblower Simplicity

The Toro Power Shovel Review
My wife and I live in Colorado.
So, it should go without saying that we see share of snow in the winter.
Although we have two strapping, young teenage boys here in our home, they always seem to find ways of mysteriously ducking out on shoveling the driveway and the sidewalk in front of the house every time it snows!
Since my wife and I approaching 40, and our backs aren't what they used to be, we decided to finally invest in a "snowblower" of some sort.
We looked into a few throwers that used gas, but they seemed very loud. Also, the thought of trying to start another cold engine in sub-zero weather just didn't appeal to me.
Plus, my wife and I are somewhat environmentally conscious (but not to the point of being fanatical) and decided that electricity from our home was more efficient than a small combustion engine.
Long story short, we settled on the Toro Power Shovel, model number 38361.
The Toro Power Shovel works on electricity. So as long as you have a long enough extension cable (easy enough to purchase) and less than 6 inches of snow, it will blasts snow over 30 feet.
One thing we didn't realize before purchasing this amazing piece of snowblower simplicity is how much we would be using it on our backyard deck. If you've read some of my other hubs, you already know how much of backyard BBQ fanatic I am. Now, with the Toro Power Shovel, not even snow can stop me from using the grill or smoker.
I know it sounds silly (even as I'm writing this), but the Toro Power Shovel has literally changed the way we look at winter. When we see snow falling at night, we no longer dread getting out of bed in the morning. Sure, it's still cold, but with the Toro Power Shovel it takes 1/3 the time as shoveling, and 1/10 of the work when compared to traditional shoveling.
If you live in a cold climate, where you see a moderate amount of snowfall, check out the Toro Power Shovel. You will be very glad you did.
