A Fryer Without Oil?
Some people are a little freaked out when I tell them that I use a turkey fryer that doesn't use oil.
However, in most cases, disbelief turns quickly turns to curiosity.
The majority of people I've talked to about this revolutionary "fryer" don't care much about how it works. They just want to know how good the food tastes, and how juicy the bird is.

- Full disclosure: I do not own one of these. My brother-in-law purchased one and I use it all the time at his place. Hopefully that doesn't put you off from reading my review.
- You can cook a bird in about 10 minutes per pound. So a 16 pound turkey will take a little over 2.5 hours.
Yes, I know that frying a turkey without oil and having it come out so tender and juicy is a little hard to believe. I probably wouldn't have believed it myself if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes and tasted it with my own mouth.
